The Jefferson County Workforce Center provides integrated workforce programs and services to meet employee/employer workforce development needs in the counties of Jefferson, Clear Creek, and Gilpin. The center provides the following employer-focused services:
- Customized recruitment, screening, and referral of qualified employees
- Local and state labor market, community, and financial resources information
- Local, state, and national Internet recruitment capabilities
- Database of qualified applicants in professional and technical occupations
- Rapid response program to facilitate recruitment, training, or job placement
needs
- Customized services for employers transitioning employees outside of their company
The center provides the following employee-focused services:
 Job placement services including career counseling and guidance, resume assistance, and job matching services - Comprehensive skills assessments
- Job skill training
- Support services
