There are several business assistance programs in Colorado for expanding and/or relocating companies. Qualifications are generally based on project merit, number and type of new jobs created or retained in Colorado, and new capital investment added to the community.

Various business assistance programs cover project grants, low-interest loans, customized job-training grants, state income tax credits, personal property tax rebates, sales-and-use tax exemptions, permit fee waivers, and Enterprise Zone program assistance.
